Terms and Conditions

Effective: April 1, 2025

1. Introduction
   These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of the fleetER fleet management software provided by ENIAC Computing Kft. (registered office: 1037 Budapest, Montevideo utca 16/B, company reg. no.: 01-09-073209, e-mail: sales@eniac.hu).

2. Description of Service
   fleetER is a cloud-based software solution designed to help businesses manage their vehicle fleets, track costs, schedule maintenance, and automate related administrative tasks.

3. Contract Formation
   To use the software, users must register and accept these T&Cs. The contract is established upon acceptance and confirmation of activation by ENIAC Computing Kft.

4. Fees and Payment
   The service is subject to a fee based on the selected plan. Payments are due monthly or annually in advance. In case of late payment, access to the service may be suspended.

5. User Obligations
   Users must use the service lawfully and appropriately, and safeguard their login credentials. Reverse engineering, copying, or sharing the software with third parties is strictly prohibited.

6. Data Processing
   Data provided during the use of fleetER is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure user data.

7. Liability
   While we strive to ensure continuous service availability, we are not liable for damages resulting from technical failures, maintenance, or third-party interference.

8. Intellectual Property
   fleetER and all its content are the intellectual property of ENIAC Computing Kft. Access to the software does not imply any license or transfer of ownership.

9. Termination
   The agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice. In the case of a serious breach, the service provider may terminate the agreement immediately.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
    Hungarian law governs these T&Cs. In case of disputes, parties will first attempt amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, jurisdiction lies with the Budapest District Court of Districts II and III.
