Refund Policy

As digital content, fleetER is subject to the 14‑day withdrawal right under Hungarian Government Decree 17/1999 (II. 5.) unless performance has begun. If the customer expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges the waiver of withdrawal rights, no refund will be issued. In case of technical issues or access failures, we will remedy the problem or offer a proportional refund if resolution is not possible.
